OVERVIEW

Your School Picture serves thousands of families across Los Angeles. Traditionally, school photographers distribute and collect pre-pay envelopes prior to picture day. This process, however, is expensive, difficult to manage, wasteful and inaccessible to upsell photo products to families.

OBJECTIVE

Get families to participate for picture day online!

"I don't like to send payment in those pre-pay envelopes they provide because I'm scared that my child will lose it or forget to hand it back to the teacher. Also I don't get a receipt!?" - Parent

"Picture days are so disruptive. It's not just that one day the photographers are here the disruption lasts for 2 months minimum! We have to distribute envelopes, announcements, posters, the photo orders then we have parents coming in with questions and problems about their picture orders... Sometimes I forget who I'm working for! School or the photography company?"

"We need a much simpler, more efficient process because this is all too much work with so much room for error at each phase. We produce so much waste each year with all the printing we do to communicate with parents and it's only one way! We need to find a direct and effective two-way  communication channel with parents if we are going to better serve them." - School Photographers
